When I purchased my house I inherited a China Cabinet from my mom’s side of the family. I also came with a ton of beanie babies that were meant to “replace” the China :). Here is a not so good picture of the cabinet BEFORE and you can see that it is stuffed with beanie babies…
(pay no attention to Pwintwinkle the Elf, more on that later)
When my grandma told me that she was bringing me more beanies and a new cabinet on her next trip to visit, I knew I had to find another use for the China Cabinet. My mom didn’t have room for it and since it was in the family for a long time I didn’t want to rehome it. Soooo, I decided to redo it! I have a new obsession with Shabby Chic so I decided to try to create my own version with this massive piece of furniture (I guess I skipped the baby steps and just jumped right in).
